Takeaway Delivery with Pizza Pronto in Hackney

So I called the restaurant and I was told that in 30 minutes I will receive a new pizza and I won't have to pay extra.

So I called the restaurant again and asked for a new one and offered to send a picture of the pizza I received.

"The boss" that I've spoke with before told me that he can send me a new pizza but the pizza driver will have to pay for it and that everything was my fault because I didn't answer my phone!!

I've ordered pizza to my address many times before and never had a problem like this before, the doorbell works fine, the driver didn't even come up to the door and I was the one to get blamed for it!!!

I can't even review the pizza itself because it came looking horrendous and I was honestly worried the angry and rude driver spat on it or god knows what.
